Nose

The Marechal Foch brings some blackberry, dark cherry and plum characteristics. Lucie Kuhlmann grounds the blend with dark fruit aromatics, chocolate and coffee notes and adds weight.

Palate

Castel provides color and structure and it also brings a touch of underlying dried fruit character. Leon Millot brings lighter fruit aromatics like sour cherry and raspberry which lifts the palate.

Notes

Pair with barbecued prime rib, roasted venison, hearty Italian cuisine or enjoyed on its own.
